18" PLYOMETRIC BOX

Plyometrics is a style of jump training that uses our muscles stored energy to enhance overall performance, muscular power, endurance and calorie burn. It focuses on tensing and stretching muscles in a minimum amount of time and is believed to come out of the Soviet Union in the late 1960's or early 1970's.

The Plyometric Box Station is a modern fixed outdoor aerobic step box, available in 6", 12", 18" and 24" heights that can be used for depth jumps, dips, push-ups or other styles of interval, cardio and balance exercises. These Plyometric boxes can be used individually or as a group to offer a variety of height and challenges to strengthen endurance and lower body power and speed.
